Shruti Joshi is a Director at AV&Co. and oversees the Marketing ROI practice. Shruti has extensive industry and consulting experience in telecom, technology, consumer goods and media. Her areas of expertise include business and marketing strategy, online and offline media optimization, new product development, go-to-market planning, churn management and sales channel strategy.
Prior to joining AV&Co., Shruti held an executive marketing position at Verizon Communications, where she was responsible for driving new acquisition growth for Consumer FiOS and Core network products. As a result of her years of industry experience, Shruti provides expert advice on how businesses can maximize returns through improved marketing strategy and media management.
Shruti holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Business from the University of Southern California.
Inderbir Sidhu is the CTO of the Marketing ROI division of AV&Co. Inderbir has extensive industry experience leading software product development at both startup and established companies. Inderbir has published in leading IEEE journals on the topics of Natural Language Processing and Genetic Algorithms. He has also given talks on Semantic Web and Ontologies. Inderbir holds a B.S. in Computer Science from York University in Toronto.
Matt Del Percio is a Principal at AV&Co. where he has worked for the last 10 years. He has extensive experience advising both corporations and investors in the telecommunications, technology, and media sectors. His areas of expertise include marketing and brand strategy and analytics, performance management, and go-to-market planning. Matt holds a B.S. in Business from Boston University’s Questrom School of Management.
Ken Martin is a Principal at AV&Co. Ken Martin is an economic and strategy consultant with over 15 years of experience in Telecommunications, Media, and Technology. Ken is an expert in using advanced analytics to solve marketers’ key challenges, including marketing mix modeling, comprehensive driver attribution, and advertising media budget optimization. Ken holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a JD from Boston University School of Law, and a BA from Brandeis University.
